How far in advance to book
For weddings and receptions we recommend 6–8 weeks of lead time. Smaller events like birthdays or baby showers can sometimes be accommodated in 2–3 weeks. Peak wedding season (October–March) books up fastest.
Décor package examples
A typical wedding stage includes a backdrop, sweetheart or head table styling, drapery and ambient lighting. A reception package adds chandelier elements, fresh florals and full guest table styling. Custom builds are always available.
Event preparation checklist
Have your venue confirmed, your guest count finalized, and your colour palette in mind before submitting. Inspiration photos go a long way — even Pinterest screenshots help us understand the feel you're after.

What is your pricing policy?+
All pricing is standardized and quoted through our platform. We don't negotiate informally — every client receives the same fair treatment.
How does the quote process work?+
Submit your project, our team reviews it, and within a few business days you receive a formal line-itemed quote in your portal. You can approve, request changes, or decline.
What are your deposit requirements?+
A deposit of typically 40–50% is required to lock in your event date. The exact percentage will appear on your quote. The balance is due closer to the event.
What is your cancellation policy?+
Deposits become non-refundable once your date is booked, as we reserve our team and stock for you. Cancellations outside the booking window may be partially refunded — full terms appear with your quote.
What areas do you serve?+
We're based in Seattle, WA and serve the Greater Seattle area (King County and nearby). We currently do not travel outside Washington State.
