A line-itemed proposal with setup, delivery and tax. Approve, request changes, or decline.
Deposit & confirm booking
Send a 50% Zelle deposit at least 1 week before your event to lock the date. The remaining 50% is due within a week after your event.

How far in advance should I book?+
We recommend submitting your project at least 6–8 weeks before your event, especially for wedding season. Smaller events can sometimes be accommodated on shorter notice.
Do you negotiate prices or offer friend discounts?+
All pricing is standardized and quoted through our system to keep things fair and transparent. We don't negotiate informally — every project receives the same care.
What's the booking process?+
Submit your project → we review and quote → you approve the quote → send a 50% deposit via Zelle to lock your date → pay the remaining 50% within a week after your event.
How do I pay?+
Zelle is the only accepted payment method. Send payments to +1 (714) 855-6629 with the memo "Wanisa Decor Payment". Everything is split 50/50 — the first half is due at least 1 week before your booking to secure the date, and the second half is due within a week after your event.
Do you charge for delivery, setup, and pickup?+
Yes. Delivery, setup, and pickup are priced based on your event venue's zip code. For venues located in Bothell, WA the fee is $50. Fees for other zip codes will appear on your formal quote.
Where do you serve?+
We're based in Seattle, WA and serve the entire Greater Seattle area. We currently do not travel outside Washington State.
